What is the order process?

At checkout you may select Credit Card or Bank Transfer, both are secure and efficient. So whichever is more convenient for you.

Once payment has gone through your order status will change to “On Hold”, at which time it is being prepared to ship out to you.

We use a manual batch payment processing system to process credit & debit cards, upon completion of your order your order status will be “Processing”. Processing time takes up to 24 hours, so please make sure you have the appropriate funds available during this time frame.

Once your order receives a tracking number and is packed and ready to ship you will receive an email notification with your updated Order Details including your tracking number.

For Bank Transfers you may use the details supplied in your Order Confirmation or you can find those details below.

When do you ship?

Daily. We ship out daily.

If you make an order before 1PM, chances are that day it will ship out to you.

Will I be provided tracking with my order?

Absolutely. As soon as tracking is added to your order you will be automatically updated via email with your tracking information. If for whatever reason that email doesn’t arrive, contact us at info@luxetansaus.com and we will manually relay that information to you. No problem.

Is shipping guaranteed?

Yes. In the very rare occasion that the product doesn’t arrive, we will offer a re-ship. This is very rare and is usually due to incorrect address or a mess up on Australia Posts end (parcel getting lost etc).

What are your shipping times?

Often 2-3 days, as we ship everything express, daily and from within Australia

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our product from within Australia. No customs. Easy.

Do you give refunds?

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product we provide, get in contact with us at info@luxetansaus.com to help come up with a satisfactory resolution.

Are instructions provided with order?

No. These are research chemicals to be used for research purposes only, thus we cannot provide you with any form of instruction.

How do I know you guys are legitimate?

We have served many customers over numerous years and have always had repeat customers.

It wouldn’t be smart long term or in any term to not deliver on what we promise.
